Bale-Air, LLC was formed in April of 2016 by Craig Bale. He spent 15 years building and growing PHS/MWA Aviation Services, an FAA Certified Repair Station located in California. He developed and lead the Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development areas of the business while acting as a Member of the Board of Directors and a Co-Owner. In his tenure at PHS/MWA Aviation Services, the business grew 1000% in total annual revenue before selling to Wencor Group in April of 2015. He was a key member of the deal team for PHS/MWA throughout the acquisition process and assisted in the several areas of the companies transition until April of 2016. In his 15 year career in Aviation, he has become a market and industry expert. He has learned from first hand experiences gained from co-owning an independent MRO and being an active member of the Aviation Community.
